All jewellery is wrapped in acid-free tissue and sets of jewellery are sent in boxes similar to the one shown above. And a new policy - all postal packaging is sent using recycled materials, not only to keep costs down but to help the environment as padded envelopes contain plastic bubble wrap and I am reluctant to send more of that out into the world!
