My mother always told me that "Blue and Green should never be seen". But mother, so often right, was wrong! The unmistakable deep blue of Lapis Lazuli is here teamed with its natural companion, Malachite acting as the support cast for the stars of the show, beautiful facetted ovals of Russian Amazonite. Russian Amazonite is a deeper greeny blue than the bluey-green Amazonite found in other parts of the work, with interesting striations of darker green and white, reminding me of seaweed floating just beneath the surface. Round sterling silver beads highlight the stones at the front of the necklace for added interest.

Amazonite is said to balance one's masculine and feminine energies and to dispel negative energy. A good little necklace for everyday wear.

The necklace is 20" (508mm)long and fastens with a sterling silver trigger clasp.
