Pink Porcelain Pendant (BW63)
A friend of mine works in ceramics, especially porcelain and she made a batch of 'samples' which I snapped up thinking they would make ideal pendants or brooches.
This one is a piece 4.5cm x 4cm in pink, ivory and matt black. I've encased it in beadwork and created straps in the same beads (using St. Petersburg stitch) finishing off with a beadwork flower toggle clasp.
The necklace is 19" (480mm) long and as there are no metal parts, it is suitable for those who cannot wear metal next to their skin.
