The large (14mm) round picture jasper beads have been teamed with the same stone in tubular form to interesting effect. Little sterling silver beads help the jaspers sit well together. It is finished with a simple sterling silver hook and eye clasp.

Jasper is a form of quartz, although it is non-crystalline (ie, it isn't formed by crystals, unlike so many quartzes)and is considered a balancing stone, encouraging the wearer to be honest with themselves. Picture jasper is said to help with the immune system and alleviate kidney problems. (But it is not a kidney stone!).

Necklace length is 22" (559mm).
