Moss Agate and Prehnite Bracelet (D35)

This pretty little bracelet is made from oval shaped moss agate beads with round prehnite beads in complementary shades of green.

Moss agate is a variety of chalcedony quartz with fern-like inclusions in that tell-tale dark moss green coming from other minerals such as managnese and iron oxide.

Prehnite, relatively rare until the last century, is found in the nooks and crannies of volcanic rocks and is mined in Europe, the USA, Australia and Africa. Its transluscent green, with darker inclusions, complements moss agate beautifully.

The bracelet is 7.5" (195mm) long and fastens with a sterling silver toggle clasp.
