Light Green Sakura Agate Pendant on Silk (CG09)
This is a beautiful slab of Sakura Agate - so named because the patterns within the stone are reminiscent of Japanese cherry blossom - sakura.
Each stone in this collection is different and for each I've teamed the stone with a complementary rolled silk cord, finished with a sterling silver bead above the stone and sterling silver fixings and clasp.
This light green (more of a peridot green) Sakura is 18.5" (470mm) in length. The stone is approximately 30mm x 50mm and reminds me of an Arthur Ransome watercolour!
