A mix of gorgeous cobalt blue African trade beads and handcrafted 'silver' beads made in the traditional way by Berber craftspeople in the Souss Valley in Morocco are brought together to create a lovely little necklace that will go perfectly with your bright summer outfits.

Greek ceramic beads - both flat spacers and chunkier bicone beads - are also used in this piece. The Greek ceramic beads are handcrafted, coated with a layer of fine silver. (And being silver this will tarnish - clean with a soft cloth and keep your necklace wrapped in cloth or in a closed jewellery bag).

Modern Berber silver is made from a mix of silver-coloured metals but is lead free.

This necklace is finished in sterling silver, with a twisted wire sterling silver toggle clasp and is 16.5" (419mm) long.
