Aquamarine and Hematite Necklace on Sterling Silver Chain (SS28)  Sorry - now sold! Enlarge Image Enlarge Image Enlarge Image Enlarge Image Aquamarine is a form of Beryl and is one of the rarer semi-precious stones. The colour is a lovely icy blue. The texture is icy too. I've teamed it with steel grey shiny hematite to enhance the brittle coldness to evoke the feeling of a brisk walk by the sea on New Year's Day. Aquamarine and Hematite have similar metaphysical properties - both are said to reduce stress and improve one's intellect. Maybe just wearing this necklace will have the same affect as a brisk walk by the sea if the day is too cold and wet and windy to want to go out! The necklace is 16.5" (419mm) long, with the beads crimped with sterling silver onto a fine sterling silver chain with a sterling silver clasp. Sorry - now sold! Bought this item? Review it!
