I saw a silk 'Mother of the Bride" outfit displayed in a local boutique and the colours immediately made me think of amazonite and amethyst and it is this that inspired me to make this necklace and earrings set. Since then I cannot rid myself of the association which is why I have named this set 'Mother of the Bride'!

But 'Garden Party" would be just as appropriate, or 'Premiere" or any special occasion really!

The necklace is 18" (457mm) long and all metal parts are sterling silver.
